To better serve you we have specific guidelines to ensure an easy return and exchange process. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us. RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the product within 30 days of receipt as long as the product is returned in new, unused and resalable condition inside the original packing. Please contact us for return instructions and to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please do not ship anything back without the return authorization number.
Returns for Ridgeway Clocks offers an 85% credit if the merchandise is returned unopened and a 50% credit if opened. In cases of a return, customer is responsible for additional freight charges in shipping the merchandise back to the manufacturer.
All products properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund which may include an in-store credit or credit to the original method of payment. We will credit you for the total purchase price, upon receipt of the product, less any applicable restocking fees, shipping, handling or freight charges.
Please note that Ridgeway only issues a partial credit for their merchandise. Please contact us if you have any additional questions.
$6.99 SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS!
We normally ship all in stock items within 5 business days from the time the order is received. Orders are shipped via UPS and Fed Ex and actual delivery time will vary according to your UPS Zone. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders, special orders, and out of stock items may take longer.
WHERE WE SHIP
Our $6.99 shipping policy applies to continental United States orders only. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico residents, as well as military APO boxes, should contact us before an order is placed and then we will e-mail you with any additional shipping and handling charges that may apply. We do not ship outside of the continental Unites States and international orders are not currently being accepted.
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Do NOT dispose of the box or any packaging materials until you have inspected your order and are satisfied. Customers must note any visible damage to the shipping box with the carrier in writing at time of delivery.
TAXES
WindyCityClocks.Com does not charge sales tax on orders placed outside of Wyoming. If you order within the sate of Wyoming you will be charged an additional 4 % for sales tax.
BACK ORDERS
WindyCityClocks.Com will notify you, by e-mail, within three business days if a clock you have ordered is out of stock and we will tell you the expected delivery date. You will then be given the opportunity to cancel your order. If we do not get a response, the order may be cancelled. If we are instructed to continue to process an order, we will notify you when the clock is back in stock and when it ships. Backorders will not be charged until the clock is ready to ship. We reserve the right to cancel orders without notice, including back orders or specific quantities. Items that are sold out may no longer be available from the manufacturer. Please contact our Orders Department to inquire about an order.
CANCELLATIONS
Since WindyCityClocks.Com attempts to ship orders within 24 hours, cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed. Shipping, handling, and freight charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to our receiving your cancellation. Please e-mail our Orders Department to cancel and order.
WARRANTIES
All items, if any, are warranted directly by the manufacturers. No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by A & K Adventures Inc. In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect, missing parts, damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days and we will work with the manufacturer to send you the correct product, replacement product or parts at no cost to you.
